Order Tracking

As your order progresses through our system, you will receive an email keeping you informed of its status. Typically, this comprises of two emails. One to tell you we've received your order, and one to tell you its on its way!!

Very occasionally it may be necessary to back-order some or all of an order for a short period. Should this be case, we will send an order update email to let you know. If you are unable to wait for your order, you can of course instruct us to cancel it, and receive a 100% refund. You can check the status of your orders at any time by logging into your account.
